Hi, my name is Keren. I have been a personal trainer for 8 years and train many different types of women for many different reasons. It is through them as well as my own personal journey that I have opened a studio that strives to support women in their journey of fitness, nutrition and general wellness.

Wellness can be a difficult concept to grasp, We are provided with so many different theories and opinions that is often difficult to find help and support that is not only reliable, but more importantly honest and relatable. My work over the years with my clients has provided me with a wealth of knowledge and has taught me that the right information is our key to success. But discerning valuable and credible information from public opinion is even more important.

I completed a diploma in Exercise Science and studied the practice and principals of Pilates because I believe core strength to be important in any kind of fitness training. I am also qualified to train pre and post natal clients and have seen wonderful results with my ladies, both during pregnancy and after.

I work with teenagers, women in their 20s, 30s 40s and even 50s. I focus on understanding each client’s needs and determining the best way for them to achieve their goals, both in the studio and at home.

My studio trains groups of women of all shapes, sizes and age. I focus on teaching my clients how to create a healthy relationship with exercise while caring for themselves and accommodating busy schedules.

My classes include Theraband & Pilates, pre and post natal, strength and conditioning, fitness and cardio Wellness isn’t about following a 12 week program or finding a weight loss program online, it’s about a exploring a variety of exercises and healthy changes in your lifestyle that will last.
